The Garmin Approach S4 features a high-res touchscreen display, a dedicated Green View button and a longer-lasting lithium-ion battery, but it's the integrated Smart Notification technology that makes this a must-have for any golfer. 

Smart Notification Technology
The S4 uses Bluetooth to wirelessly connect to your Apple device and recieve information from the notification center. When you get new notifications, such as emails, texts and missed phone calls, they will be displayed on your watch. This gives you the freedom to leave your phone in your bag and focus on your golf game without having to worry about missing anything important.   

Precise GPS Measurements
With a high-sensitivity GPS receiver, the Garmin S4 provides accurate and precise readings from anywhere on the course. The Approach S4 provides exact yardage to the front, middle and back of the green, as well as layup and dogleg distances. You can also input and save customizable yardage points, like water hazards or bunkers, to help golfers place shots more precisely. Additionally, the Approach S4 adds a dedicated button for easy access to the Green View screen to get a closer look at the true shape and layout of the green.

The S4 can be used all over the world, and because more than 30,000 courses are onboard, you will never have to worry about subscription fees or roaming charges. Golfers who are traveling, playing unfamiliar courses, or those who simply want to better understand their courses at home will be able to do so in style with the Approach S4.

Detailed Stat Tracking
The Approach S4 features a digital scorecard, allowing you to keep score right on your wrist. Scorecards can be saved, reviewed, shared and printed and can be recorded in Stroke Play or Stableford. The Garmin Approach S4 is also able to track golfer statistics, which allows players to enter information such as strokes, putts and fairways hit, along with their score at the end of each hole.

Durable and Stylish Design
The Approach S4 is a golf watch like no other. The high-res touchscreen display is glove-friendly and easy to read, even in direct sunlight. Weighing only 2.06 ounces, and water resistant to 10 meters, the Approach S4 packs powerful features into a small, easy to wear package. The S4 comes in black and white, but you’ll have the option of switching in and out several different color bands (sold separately).

More, More, More!
On top of functioning as an everyday watch, the S4 is equipped with an odometer and round timer so you can track the distance walked and time spent playing. It also features an extra-long life battery that lasts up to 10 hours in GPS mode and 6 weeks in watch mode.
