This unique D size adaptor comes with Sanyo Eneloop AA cells which once fitted inside the adaptor gives the user a 2000mAh NiMH D size battery with 1800 recharge cycles.  

To use simply slide the Eneloop AA cell into the adaptor & it's ready for use. Once the charge in the battery has been depleted remove the AA cell & charge in an appropriate charger such as the Eneloop BC-KJN4B40TA.
