Please read these terms, including our returns and warranty information, before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

All advertised prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Please contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted. We may offer an exchange where the product is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

Warranty

Products include applicable manufacturer warranties, which vary by product. If an item fails during its warranty period, please contact us with your order details and a description of the fault. Depending on the product, it may be repaired, replaced, or referred to an authorised manufacturer service centre.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties operate in addition to your rights under that law.

Business hours

Our business hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 4:30pm, and Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, excluding public holidays. Enquiries received outside these hours will be handled during the next business day.
