The only way we will exchange the product is if the item is sealed is packaged like brand new.
The warranty.
GadgetCity's warranty is simple . If the item fails within the warranty period send it back and we will either repair or replace the item(depending on the product). You can however take the item to your local repair centre in Australia and they can do the warranty claim for you too.

Manufacturer Warranty is provided on all items - This is a 12 month to 5 year warranty depending on what you buy. The item can be sent back to us or to the manufacturer. Please email the warranty claims as this is the fastest way to be looked after(do not ring for wty claims as it will be a waste of time and money)

GadgetCity adheres to all trading rules applied.

GadgetCity's operating hours are Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm AUS Eastern Standard Time and exclude public holidays. Please keep in mind that enquiries received outside of these hours may not receive replies until the start of operations the following day.
